Yasei (野生) means "wild" or "untamed" in Japanese. Whether it's the characteristics of the rider or the terrain they're traversing, Yasei is an adventurous gravel bike with longer, safer geometry suitable for paved and unpaved roads, daring descents and long days in the saddle."... in my book for modern gravel bikes, plenty of key future-proof standards. Because details matter

A timeless titanium frame is second to none
Steel is real, carbon is light, but titanium lasts. Our frames are made of aerospace-grade, seamless 3Al-2.5V alloy tubing.
Titanium is more comfortable than steel due to its vibration absorption, but unlike steel, it is lighter and will not rust. It matches the strength of carbon, but unlike carbon, it can withstand rough handling. So we've made a frame built to last a lifetime.
A frame that adapts to the road and the day.

Cable port in the head tube
Conical head tube with integrated port for internal cable routing. This makes the bike look clean, the cables don't rub against the head tube, and the integrated (drop-in) headset is easy to maintain because no cables pass through it. Plus, we don't have to make unnecessary holes in the down tube too.

Fork with adjustable rake and mounting points
The Yasei is equipped with the Equator Adventure carbon fork, which can handle a lot.
Thanks to the Flip Chip, you can choose between 47 or 52 millimeters of rake, allowing for additional adjustments to the bike's geometry and behavior.
There are 3 mounting points on the fork legs for attaching bottles or panniers for larger trips, with a load capacity of up to 3kg on each side.
The fork is also dynamo-ready with internal wiring.

Tyre clearance up to 29" x 2.2"
The frame can accommodate wheels up to 28" or 29" in diameter and up to 57 mm (2.2") width thanks to a machned chainstay. This gives you plenty of flexibility on and off road. All you have to do is choose the right tyres.
Maximum size of a 1x chainring is 46T (42 - 44T in the case of an oval).

Internal cable routing
The frame is ready for electronic or mechanical 1x set with maximum converter size 46T (42 - 44T in case of oval).
Telescopic seatpost control is routed fully internally.

Number of mounting points
You'll find a plethora of mounting points on Sensei. The usual inner triangle allow for running 2 bottle cages or one on the down tube that can be positioned as close to bb as possible to allow for bigger bottles or frame bags.
Another bottle cage can be mounted under the frame and you can also use bolt-on bag on the top tube.
And we haven't forgotten about mounts for the rack or fenders.

Ovalized toptube
Looks great and makes the ride comfortable with added vertical flex while also stabilizing the frame against unwanted lateral flex.
Aside from that the bike is more comfortable to carry on a shoulder and toptube bags dont twist as much. Unless you bolt those on which is totally possible.

Dropper post ready
Dropper doesn't have to stay on MTB's. On a taller gravel frame, you'll appreciate the ability to lower the saddle in difficult descends terrain.
Our frames are ready for 31.6 mm seatposts, so you have plenty of freedom of choice. Thanks to the fully internal routing, the wiring never leaves the frame.

Flat mount or post mount brakes
The frame is factory ready for gravel flat mount calipers. Post-mount calipers can be mounted using an adapter.
The shift cable exits the chainstay directly around the rear center. It looks great and there is no unnecessary hole in the chainstay.

T47 threaded bottom bracket
The T47 bottom bracket is an emerging standard birthed in Chris King's workshop. It's a classic threaded system, so you don't have to worry about unwanted sounds like many pressfit setups. The larger diameter makes the whole system more durable, more reliable, and results in a stronger frame tube joint.

SRAM UDH Universal Derailleur Hanger
The UDH (Universal Derailleur Hanger) is SRAM's global hanger standard. You can get this part at any better shop because it is not brand specific. It's simple to change and will rotate instead of bending during a mishap.
It also makes the frame ready for SRAM T-type derailleurs.
For convenient servicing, the right seatstay is fitted with a small lug for chain delegation during bike servicing. You're welcome.

Rear triangle is weight-optimized
We use different seatstay diameters for different frame sizes. This way, all riders can enjoy the same comfort, no matter which frame size they choose.
The combination of comfort and stiffness is thus consistent across sizes.
"Titanium is still a bit of a heart thing in cycling. It doesn't succumb to fashion waves, it doesn't smell like a racing carbon novelty, and it brings something to the table that you'll appreciate over the long haul, in addition to a certain premium feel."

Geometry
Yasei has a progressive geometry - a long base and a relatively smaller head tube angle, similar to mountain bikes. This means very stable behavior in steeper descents or difficult terrain and also comfortable position for long days in the saddle.
You'll also appreciate the lowered top tube on steep terrain in the event of a RUD (Rapid Unexpected Disembark).

Built With You, Not Just For You
While we list sensible, road-tested and community-approved specs across the range, we're equally happy (maybe a tiny bit happier) to do individual builds.
Shiny CNC'd groupset from a niche brand? Not a problem. Wider gear range for the mountains or loaded touring? Sure. A dropper post, different handlebar, or a suspension stem? Just say so.
Most of what makes a bike yours lives in those details. Your bike should start as a conversation, not a specs list.

Engineered, Tested, Built and Ridden in the Heart of Europe
Every Equator bike is engineered, drawn, tested and assembled in Zlín, Czech Republic — the same town that gave the world Tufo Tyres and, long before that, Baťa shoes.
Our hometown has always had a thing about a good fit. So do we.
Each frame starts from multiple real-world prototypes. The geometry, the build and the final ride check are all done here. Nothing leaves the workshop until it's a bike we'd want to ride ourselves.
Cliché? Yes. One we stand firmly behind.

A frame for life
Titanium is eternal. It does not corrode, does not change its properties and can handle the roughest treatment. And it's comfortable to ride.
Designed in the Czech Republic
We design the geometry ourselves and test it on several prototypes to achieve the desired ride feel
