    Crash replacement program

    Cycling occasionally brings unexpected situations, such as crashes or other damage to your wheelset. For all our customers, we offer a Crash Replacement Program, allowing you to replace a damaged rim with a brand-new one at a preferential price, regardless of how the damage occurred.

    The Crash Replacement Program applies to a single rim and is available exclusively to the original owner of the wheelset. It does not cover hubs, spokes, nipples, tires, shipping costs, or other related components and services.

    New rim price: EUR 200 (regular price: EUR 330)

    Wheel rebuild labor: EUR 30

    Repair turnaround: We typically need 2–3 business days to replace the damaged rim with a new one.
