Shipping and payment

Shipping

We ship orders free of charge via GLS to a selected address in the Czech Republic or Slovakia. Alternatively, you can pick up your order in our showroom in Zlín, where we are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00. It is also possible to arrange an individual pickup by phone at +420 732 654 969. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. Smaller orders (brake pads or stickers) are shipped via Czech Post (shipping remains free).

Payment

Payment can be made either by bank transfer or by online card payment (for payment processing we use a payment gateway provided by Comgate, a.s.: https://www.comgate.cz/platebni-brana). When paying by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice with all payment details within 48 hours after placing the order. Customers from Slovakia will receive the invoice in EUR. Bicycles are shipped immediately after the payment has been credited to our account.
